I am really encouraged today that making this change in my diet makes a difference. We had a busy afternoon and I was able to even do more this evening and still feel great at 11pm. Quite a change from just a few months ago. I fully believe my diet has a huge impact on how I feel. I did have to rest a bit this afternoon, but I was able to get right back up and go to church and then out to dinner with my family (where I had a much better salad that last night! Decided to go with grilled chicken instead of fish, I just can't take it.)
